أَمْ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ
am khalaqū l-samāwāti wal-arḍa bal lā yūqinūna
Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.
