وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ
wa-innahu fī ummi l-kitābi ladaynā laʿaliyyun ḥakīmun
And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
