At-Takwir 29

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
wamā tashāūna illā an yashāa l-lahu rabbu l-ʿālamīna
And you do not will except that Allāh wills - Lord of the worlds.
