فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ
faman tawallā baʿda dhālika fa-ulāika humu l-fāsiqūna
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
