ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ
a-antum anzaltumūhu mina l-muz'ni am naḥnu l-munzilūna
Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?
