Al-Qiyamah 38

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
thumma kāna ʿalaqatan fakhalaqa fasawwā
Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allāh] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
