فَمَا ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ
famā is'taṭāʿū min qiyāmin wamā kānū muntaṣirīna
And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.
