For Pain in the Body
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
I take refuge in Allah and within His omnipotence from the evil that I feel and am wary of.
